Terms & Conditions

Complaints procedure:
In the unlikely event that you have any cause for complaint please contact us within 5 working days of the completion of the works and we will endeavour to correct the situation in a timely manner. The contractor commits to completing all works to British Standard 3998 and to also leave all work sites clean and tidy although given the nature of the work some damage, in some circumstances, may be inevitable and unavoidable. The client accepts these terms and conditions by accepting a quotation and therefore commissioning works.

Quotations:
Please be advised that only works agreed on the quotation will be completed and any other requests for further work may incur an additional fee.

Invoicing and payment dates:
VAT will be charged at the current rate and will be displayed on all quotations and invoices. You will find the due date on the invoice which will be sent once the work has been completed. Please be advised, failure to make payment within the agreed due date may result in legal proceedings if this does exceed 15 days from the due date.

Cancellations and Alterations:
If the client advises that the work must be cancelled, postponed or the specification of works changed, the client must give 24 hours notice or be subject to a charge, exceptional circumstances viewed individually. The contractor reserves the right to cancel or postpone any works due to adverse weather conditions that would be deemed hazardous.
